Chief Executive John Lee, accompanied by Chief Secretary for Administration Chan Kwok-ki, visited residents of an old building on Lai Chi Kok Road in Sham Shui Po at around 9 a.m. to listen to public opinions and suggestions on the new Policy Address.

Upon arrival, John Lee first stopped at the building’s gate, where a specialist explained the installation of antiviral facilities in “three-nil” buildings, such as fitting antiviral 3D-printed protective covers on iron gate handles. He stayed for about 5 minutes before heading upstairs.
